Delivery Policy & Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all orders processed before 2pm on the same working day.
Orders made after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched at the earliest on the following Monday.
Orders received on a Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched at the earliest on the following Monday.
Please note that on holiday weekends, orders will be dispatched at the earliest on a Tuesday.
These dispatch times should be used as a guideline but on occasions dispatch and delivery can take longer.
Late or lost deliveries
If you believe your delivery may be late or lost then please contact us as soon as possible. If you have selected a trackable shipping option, we will check the tracking system and confirm the status of your delivery.
Please be aware that Postal Companies will not officially classify a parcel lost until 15 working days have elapsed, therefore we are unable to open an investigation until this point.
For lost or delayed parcels sent by Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery we can only offer a refund or exchange once the 15 working days time frame has elapsed, and the Postal Company acknowledges it as lost.
Deliveries that have been sent by “Standard International Airmail” are posted entirely at the customers own risk, and we cannot accept responsibility what so ever for any loss occurred during transit. We will however provide the customer upon request with a copy of proof of postage by fax or mail. This will enable the customer to take up enquiries with the relevant Postal Authority in the relevant country.
Our postage costs are fair & reasonable. Items can be posted at the cheaper cost option by “Standard International Airmail” or you will have the option to upgrade at checkout to DHL priority delivery if it is available in your country, ensuring peace of mind, confidence & a speedy delivery with tracking.
Our Returns Policy
In accordance with distance selling regulations, If you find your purchase is unsuitable please inform us within 7 days of receipt. Email us stating your name, order number and description of the items you would like to return.Please also include in your email the reason you are returning the item/s. We will then issue you with a returns confirmation email giving clear instructions on how to return any items to us. Please note that without following these instructions and including the relevant information within your returned package we will be unable to process your return or issue a refund.
Returned items should be sent back to us with their original packaging and within 7 days of receiving a returns confirmation email. Customers should take reasonable care when returning any item/s. Items received outside these guidelines will only be subject to issuing credit to the value of the purchase, and this decision is at the sole discretion of management.
When returning items we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of items returned as faulty, we will arrange for an exchange when appropriate. In cases when a faulty item cannot be exchanged then a refund for the value of the item will be issued.
Customers should note that refunds will be processed within 30 days. The time a refund takes to be credited back onto an account can depend on the customer’s bank and ofir-jewelrywill endeavour to initiate a refund within 30 days.
Sale /Reduced Items
Please note: The same rules within this returns policy apply to sale or reduced items, however ofir-jewelry will only issue a refund in the form of credit that can be spent on the website.
